Video created by Dr Sanjoy Sanyal from sequential 5 mm transverse slices of human head, as part of a Digital Neuroscience Project in Seychelles medical college. The axial slices start from the scalp and go right down to base of skull in 5 mm increments. They give a digitised view of the human brain in transverse sections. Images of slices were modified from the Visible Human Project (VHP) of National Library of Medicine (NLM), Bethesda, MD, USA
