It is by the University of Otago in New Zealand (the oldest and largest university in New Zealand) and it is a distance taught course after which you get the degree of the university. Because it is distance taught you can do it in the comfort of your home and do not need to come to New Zealand. Hope this helps.
If I were you I would do a postgraduate diploma (rather than an MSc) in health informatics to gain the appropriate knowledge and skills, then get a job and get some experience, and then go for Masters in due course. Hope this helps. Our university is one of them that offers postgraduate diploma degree through online live lectures.
