About Me:
I have been into Health Informatics over the last 11 years actively involved into HIS/HIMS implementation and also involved into system design, development,training and implementation of Telemedicine projects in India over the last 9 years and established over 150 Teleemdicine centers associated with Apollo Hospitals, Narayana Hrudayalaya and KLE Hosptials in India.
started a consultancy NGO to promote innovative Helathcare programs to build and facilitate the patient communiny
Builinding new virtual Medical educational programs for developing clinical discussions and supporting patient Management systems.
Identifying new medical devices for Telemedicine to transmitt the data to the specialists to access expert opinons to the patient end locations

hello sir,
Good morning sir, I am Vijaykumar presently pursuing Masters in Medical Informatics @ Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.
Before this I served six years as Assistant Medical Records Officer @ 350 bedded hospital, Mysore. Now I am in the end of 1st year and my second year starts with 3 full time project reports for which I have few ideas about collecting accurate mortality & morbidity medical data through ICD in hospital set up, but I dont know how to start with that. I need your assistance to getting start sir.

There is a definite demand and need to provide patient information machnism in India as the country is very vast and reosurces are confined to only urban locations.

All the like minded people should unite and synergise new concepts to improve the Health informatics services.

Hope this kind of platforms would certainly improve the resources that is needed today for Health Care Systems.
