Hi farhad,
Thanks for your invitation and comment. For coordinated activities we need a coordinated infrastructure and effective management at national level, prerequisite of this infrastructure is a stable and intelligent policy making background which sould be shaped in our health system as soon as possible.
But we can do it :-)
