how are you sir, I need your guidance in making International Classification of Disease (ICD database) for medical data collection in Hospital setup. I plan to do ICD Database using open source (PHP & SQL) to collect mortality & morbidity data from discharge summary as my project for completing Masters in medical informatics.
here dr.deep plz suggest me good collage for health informatics rather than george brown collage plz as early as posible

I actually passed my MSc in Health Informatics. I was doing it with university of Winchester in London. I am however based in South Africa and working full time as the Chief Director for Strategy Management. My unit is reponsible for driving Policy , Research, planning, implementation and Monitoing as well as Evaulation in my organisation. I really enjoy my work.
