Dear Dr. Milind,

Great to know ur ventures. I am working as a clinical informatician in CHIME. I am involved in the modelling of building various clinical systems, includng decision support systems nad other shared care clinical systmes.
May I ask which Co. in Pune u working for naf what kind of Helathcare IT systems u develop.

Which co, are u working for. I am working for CHIME in London. How exactly do u plan to integrate healthcare across India. I mean things are too diverse. with limited web facilities. Are u talking about just the tertiary hospitals.

how are you sir, I need your guidance in making International Classification of Disease (ICD database) for medical data collection in Hospital setup. I plan to do ICD Database using open source (PHP & SQL) to collect mortality & morbidity data from discharge summary as my project for completing Masters in medical informatics.

hello sir,
could you please tel me how to design patient work flow ( particularly from casualty admission to Operation theater to ICCU and Inpatient ward to Discharge) in medical data base.
I want to learn programing languages, coz am intersed in medical databases, which programing language is better to join Oracle or else??
