hello sir,
how are you sir, I need your guidance in making International Classification of Disease (ICD database) for medical data collection in Hospital setup. I plan to do ICD Database using open source (PHP & SQL) to collect mortality & morbidity data from discharge summary as my project for completing Masters in medical informatics.

I am currently doing contracts management. I am interested in Information management due to my previous involvement in it. I completed qualifications in Psychiatry, Law and Informatics. I am coaching students at TSIBA a college for students who study towards a BBA. I am also involved in soccer and is managing the ladies team of Holy Cross. At the church I assist with social responsibility issues, gender issues and youth empowerment.
